workflow does not displaying in pending workflows and watchlist workflows

I created template and i deployed into worksite.After creating new process i am not able to see any workflows in pending workflows and watchlist workflows.But processes are created.i could see the processes in workroute admin.

filters might be showing only high priority issues (default), change it to normal and see if it is appearing. Assuming all are published.
