Visual Format Causing I.E crash

Hi All,

Whenever I am opening VisualFormat and trying to do any operation I am getting an Internet Explorer error, Screenshot is attached.

This error is coming on certain specific machines.

Can somebody please look into this and reply ASAP.

which TeamSite version are you using?
what's the version of your browser?
What client OS are you using?
Did you test some things (like changing your browser security setting) to avoid this error?

We are using Teamsite 6.5
Browser Version I.E 6.0 on a Windows Platform

Yes I tried to change some of the browser settings but in vain, could you suggest what additional settings are required to be changed or are there some special browsre settings for the visual fromat on T.S 6.5

I would suggest use default setting for your IE and test again.

Compare the JVM version on the machine you are getting this error with the machine that is working fine for VFE.

You mention Windows platform? What version 98, 2000, XP, Vista? Is this the same as on the machines that are working fine for the VFE

Hi All,

I have tried every thing but i cannot crack this one
The only workaround i could find was to install I.E-7 and this was solved.
Please if somebody has faced this problem then it could be really helpful
I am facing this error on my new machine.
