Hi,
i am new to TeamSite. can any one tell me how domain names are related to users?. one of my client is not able to access his domain. please tell me how to rectify this problem.

First off, always include your TeamSite version, OS, and service pack info in your post. (works best if you add it to your forum signature, that way it will always be there, unless you have multiple environments)
The following is coming from a Windows and TeamSite 6.5 perspective.
If it's simply an issue that you are unable to choose the domain from the dropdown because it isn't listed, then you may need to add it to the domain list in your iw.cfg file.

If their domain cannot be accessed by TeamSite because the domain is not accessable because of the network setup, then you will need to create a local account on the system and add them to the proper groups. Then have them select the server name of your TeamSite server from the Domain dropdown on the login page. If that is not available, then you will need to edit your iw.cfg to add it back in.
