Adobe Graphics Server Install

We installed AGS on the machine where Media Bin resides, yet I get an error uploading any PSDs that AGS is not installed.

Is there a specifc path that AGS needs to be installed in.

here is an example of the error:

What version of MB and what version of AGS?

Also have you tried restarting the MB service?

MB Version 4.5.3

AGS 2.1

I can try to restart the MB to see if that works. To do that would I go to the admin app and click "Shut down this server"...then I am assuming there will be a button to restart it?

If you have access to the server or if you have an admin who has it, then have it restart the MediaBin Service from the services console.

I can get to the server.

So I need to go to Media Bin Enterprise manager, system status, server, and click "shut down server" correct?

Nevermind my last post...I stopped and restarted the server and it works now. Thanks for your help.
