OpenDeploy error

This is an error I received from an OD Client 6.0:

LIB: 2007-10-19 13:31:51 ERROR: MoveFile Failed while moving from (e:\webs\www.nj.com\Flash\HomePage.swf.iwtmp) to (E:\webs\www.nj.com\Flash\HomePage.swf), errno=5

I can not find this error in the documentation. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
