"No such user" error on file import

Hello -

I have a TeamSite user who is trying to import files into TeamSite. Every time he tries to upload a file (or multiple files) he gets the error:

"Error importing file

\"
No such user

Has anyone seen this type of error before and knows how to fix it?

You do not specify what rev of TS, OS, or client. However there is a bug similar to this in 6.7.1, Bug 70951, which is fixed in SP1.

Thanks. We are using TS 6.7.1 on Windows Server 2003 and have not applied SP1 (due to come out in July I believe). The user was not having this problem earlier, but we restored some content from backup and the problem appeared after the restore.

OK well I am pretty certain you have hit this bug. Talk to support and see if there is a workaround. I have SP1 Beta, which, if this were a dev server, you could think about getting. I have had no problems with it, but i do not think I would put it in prod.
