iwfreeze

TS6.5sp2 on windows. Can some one help me to find a process or a person who start iwfreeze on a temSite server.

It might be a job of a person or a process, but we want to know who initialized a iwfreeze on a box at any given time ( atleast the last person who issues an iwfreeze)? are there any log file which shows the same? Please advice.

Not much info in the logs I am afraid, I have seen this in iwevents:

Can you put a wrapper script around it? In the unix world, I would do something like this:
1. mv iwfreeze iwfreeze.real

Create a shell script along the lines of:
#!/bin/sh
logf="/tmp/freeze.log"

# log it
date >> $logf
echo ${@+"$@} >> $logf
echo "Initialized by $USER" >> $logf

#invoke it
$iwhome/bin/iwfreeze.real ${@+"$@}

I'm not sure - but I think you could create an iwat trigger script to do essentially the same thing ... though you'd have to verify that it gets the correct information (TS on Windows is notorious for having things run as SYSTEM)
