Urgent: not able to look the my job

Hi,

When i am running a workflow , I am getting the Email Notificaions generated by the job.
But when i am looking to my job list , i am not able to see the my job there.
I am the master on that machine.
Still i am not able to delete the others panding job there.
What cud be the problem, I am blank here?

Hi,

Make sure you select "All jobs" & looking at the "Job list" not tasks.
You can try checking through command line (CLT) for active workflow and tasks. This might help in reaching closer to the problem.

Select "All Jobs". It might be possible that it's showing Jobs in descending/ascending order.. please look into this...

Within your email notification, does that provide you the generated JobID? If yes, use the CLT iwgetwfobj to check the status of the job.

Also, as said by MAK and Ambuj, Select "All Jobs" under the workflow tab and filter it out using Job Owner / Description.
