Anyone encountered this before? Don't see this error reported before in devnet or support or anywhere else:

Is that from the sender or receiver ? Can you look for any other logs with anything else ?

Thanks Andy, that was from the server... Just got access to the recvr logs and seems like its a permissions issue:
LIB: 2007-10-22 13:04:57 ERROR: IWDirent::Mkdir failed, err=13
