Teamsite Workflow/Java Script Error

Our rebranding vendor who has access to Teamsite receives the following error when they try to Finish, it goes to product deploy but when they click ok, an error message pops up that says:

Missing Permission. Launch Pad does not have all the permissions it needs. Cannot read user information on the local machine. Launch pad cannot operate. Java Security access control exception. Access Denied (Java property permission read write)

Could this be fixed ASAP as they have numerous documents that have been rebranded that need to be published via the edit workflow.

Also, when they try to import files into the Teamsite file structure it doesn't always let them import the files. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I guess this problem is coming because of your JRE/JVM version or something with your browser is wrong...

Can you please provide TeaSite server details + Environment details + JRE/JVM details + Browser details.. ??

Check the JRE version should be JRE 1.4.

You did not post what rev of JVM you have installed. Find the Java install and see.

Ask the user to check for the JRE version being used on their system. If they can't ask them to take help from Desktop Support team.

What version of TeamSite is being used? - that URL is, I believe, a 5.x URL and 5.x is no longer officially supported (it was EOL'd many moons ago)
