Hi,We are facing a strange issue where by all our workflows have stopped working. We checked that there is no change made to avaiable_template.cfg.It is happening for all user.Error getting is : "Could not find available new_job workflow templates for user xxxx"Env : 6.1Service pack : 1Solaris : 8Looks like an issue with avaiable_template.cfg only but since there is no change to it for long time, I wanted to check if anything else can cause this?
Did you try testing it with the previous version of available_template.cfg.. ??
No change to the avaiable_template since last 6 months
Check if avaiable_templates access mode has been modified.Since you've mentioned "all users" it sounds like they simply can not read the file any longer
