Hi Rajesh,
To use TeamSite Report Center, you should have your TeamSite EventSubsystem enabled and it should be set to use a database, rather than a flat file.
TeamSite Reporting utilizes Crystal Repors to view and run reports from the database housing the event subsystem information.

Ya you need two databases
1.) Eventsubsystem
2.) Reports
Can of course be hosted on the same DB server. Look out for the supported ones individually.
