"Resolve" message (red X) on task files page

I get a red colored X over new templatedata file. What is the reason behind this?

There might be different reasons.. please post the exact error or snap shot.... also please provide your TeamSite server details...

It was very difficult to upload an image within permissible limit of 39.1 KB. But with reduced image quality I was able to upload one. I have marked oval around word "Resolve" and red X. Task kind is submit.

The submittask for concerned wft file has following parameters defined -
override="t"
skiplocked="f"
skipconflict="f"

Can you please advise as to how resolve task message can be avoided?

the teamsite Version is : 5.5.2 34955

and the job kind is 'Submit' , the action is 'resolve' .

The file is published fine, but we got a red X in 'task files' sheet.

TS 5.5.2 support stop years ago. A red X on the task files window is the least of your worries. Spend no time on that and get your boss to get resources to upgrade to 6.7.1
