OD on Linux: Authenticating againts AD

Env:
OD 6.1.0 on RedHat ES

We CANNOT get CSF to work with AD. Is anyone with a similar env, successfully authenticating OD against AD?

We have an open ticket with Interwoven support (opened since April), but apparently engineering is completely stumped.

Surely others are doing something similar, right? Share your secrets, please!

FYI -

Engineering released a patch to correct the issue with OD, on Linux, not playing nice with LDAP or AD.
