Workflow Model conditional links cause true/false to be written to log

It looks like someone forgot to turn off writing results or log information to STDERR and STDOUT within the Java code that instantiates a workflow model that has any script elements.

We have a bunch of conditional links inside one of our models and after every execution we have a series of the following being dumped to servletd_out.log:

true
false
false
true
false

Please find this in your code and fix it.
