You can design/develop a delete workflow which will use delete feature of Open Deploy / Data Deploy to delete data from production environment...

When you use OD to deploy, use dodeletes as true. Read the manuals for more information.

You just have to call below command with OD..

/opt/Interwoven/OpenDeployNG/bin/iwodcmd start

Chech "Open Deploy Reference" for more information....

Beware of dodeletes if the options was not activated before...setting this option to yes can be disastrous for a prod environment

dodeletes is to be used in the OD config file, not in your wft. From a wft, you just call an external script which in turn call the OD start command.

I write these all the time. They are not horribly difficult, however, from your questions I doubt you have the experience required to do this.

You need to write a a new workflow, you will not be able to use one of the out of the box workflows. In the beginning of the WF, you will need an external task to find the generated HTML. That must be deleted along with the DCR. You will need an approval step. Also a reject, which will need to store the files that were deleted. Then a submit and deploy with dodeletes turned on (as told before).

Understand, I think you are out of your league. You can *really* screw things up, esp if you *somehow* attach more HTML files to delete than you should
