Sample Detailed Design Document

We are working on creating a detailed design document for our P&G sites with the objective that the workflow or From designs will be made to reuse to other applicable sites as well with minor changes. Can someone share their experince, what methodology is used (UML or something else), Workflows and tasks - Modularity to promote reuse etc.

Like Form Publisher - Validations: Java script or Perl or CGI, Customizations: Visual annotate to not accept Images,
Deployment - Scheduled data deployment etc

I'm sorry but your question is not clear to me. In case of workflows try to look into sample workflows provided by IWOV. It will help you to design your own workflow and later you can reuse it for other applications as well.

I would suggest you to contact any architect for all your queries and design related issues.

Your query is very abstract, please narrow it down to some specific implementation/design issues which you want to achieve.
There are some workflows which can be used as a base to kick off.
Regarding the Form Publisher, Perl or CGI, it all depends on how you want to keep the edit/review/deploy processes.

HLD:
For Workflows you shall use FLOWCHART representation and for DCT a tabular representation of (field name, Data type, Mandatory etc) should be good:

Detailed Design:
The detail design can be specific to the components technology which are used in DCT & Workflows design:

DCT Design:
--- FormAPI Javascript
--- Inline Command PERL/CGI/Servlets
--- Callserver CGI/Servlets

Workflow:
-- External Tasks -- PERL/CGI/Servlets
