TinyMCE is adding more code

I have noticed that tinymce adds mce_real_href and mce_editor_0 to the paragraphs and the links on my textareas.

Is there any way to stop it from doing so? It is really annoying, and you can't really remove them, plus for some reason I can not add relative links, all of them are prepended with "http://"

we too have the same issue ...
and regarding any internal links ... this was the work around we did ...
instead of putting dir1/dir2/dir3 try doing /dir1/dir2/dir3 ... then it was not appending http://

just an idea... knw it might not be a solution
