When the user starts a new job from his workarea, he is able to select the workflow, select the creators group and enters the description but when submitting the job, he gets an error saying:
"An error occured executing command com.interwoven.teamsite.filesys.GetDirectoryContentsCommands".(screenshot attached) but the job is submitted.
The same happens when he tries to do anything with a task (approve, reject, etc). The task is submitted an executed but the user gets the same error.
Any pointers as to why this is happening?
