OD Receiver Error

We are in the process of upgrading our web servers and need to install new OD receivers.

In testing the deployments only the empty directories are being deployed and all the files are returning an:

On the receiver
ERROR: Could not create file (e:\inetpub\interwoven\district02\calendar.asp.iwtmp), errno=13

On the base
LIB: 2007-07-05 11:55:58 Sending [.\photogallery\letters\c.gif] [reason missing-in-dest] -- FAILED

these are two different files but it's the same error message for all the files in the site.

Give some specifics. What OS for sender and receiver ? (Looks like DOS on both). What rev of OD ?

What user is OD installed as ?

It appears that the OD receiver is writing to a dir that it does not have complete permissions to change. Also, how much space is on the disk you are writing to ? Is there enough ?

how do i find out what user?

tons of space, and it says it's full shared?

Who installed the receiver ? They would know.

Go to control panel -> services

Interwoven OpenDeploy Reciever and see who it runs as

ok, i found out who and had them look into the permissions. They added SYSTEM in the Security tab and everything seems to be working now. Thank you.
