issue in visibility of container

While generate a JSP from DCR, user should be able to make a container in the DCT visible or inVisible by checking/unchecking a checkBox. However, if the container was saved as inVisible before, when the DCT is reEdited, the container will keep inVisible no matter what. I make sure the visiblity status of every item in the container and container itself are all set as true.

The only way to make the container show up is to save the form and then refresh the page. It seems to me the size of the Div section of the container doesn't get updated and all items actually are covered.

Any thoughts on this oddity?
We are on TS 6.5.0, using CCPro.

I don't quite understand your issue but it sounds like what you're describing could be solved by including appropriate FormAPI controls in an init() function that kicks off after the DCT has loaded. So, within init(), you're able to set visibility attributes based on existing DCR values.

After checkBox was checked, Visibility attribute is changed to true. However the container still keeps hidden.

Below is the piece of code from event function of checkBox in datacapture.cfg
