Issue while changing the directory using the - ceiling-dir

I have DCT which contains two browse buttons. (DCT is attached - DCT.txt).

Branching on TS is as follows -

CFIntranet_wa

---- deployable
---------------- cse
---------------------images

---- html
---------------- cse
---------------------images


both Browse button works fine.

Also I can able to change to other path while browsing the file under -
---- deployable
---------------- cse
---------------------images
ie. for Banner.

But not able to change to other path while browsing the file under -
---- html
---------------- cse
---------------------images
ie. for Image.

Why this is happing even code for both browse button is same.?
