Not able to import any file

Do you have jvm or jdk1.4.2 installed in client machine from which you are trying to upload files?

Do you have java/javascript enabled? If no, please enable it, close all your browser windows and try again.

A) close all windows
Pls goto
http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/javavm.html
C) click on [Click here to Download] link.
D) wait for 10 to 15 secs.
E) It will ask you to download one exe file.
F) save it to your desk top
G) double click on the exe file and follow the installation procedure and restart the local m/c.
H) once installation is over pls follow the below procedure.
Pls. goto Control Panel, there you might be seeing an option named "java" OR "Java-Plugins".
If an option available is "Java-Plugins", then follow the steps given below;
1.Double click on it
2.Go to the 3rd tab "Browser"
3.Uncheck all the check boxes (browser types)
4.Click Apply
5.Open a new browser window to login to TeamSite and check the Import File functionality.
If an option available is "Java", then follow the steps given below;
1.Double click on it
2.Goto "Advanced" tab of JAVA security panel
3.Goto tag support
4.Uncheck the "Internet Explorer" option
5.Click Apply
6.Open a new browser window to login to TeamSite and check the Import File functionality.
