Unable to connect to TS GUI

Environment: TS 6.7.1 on Win 2k3

I am unable to get the TS login page when browsed for it. After several minutes of loading, the webpage is displaying the following 502 Proxy error:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /iw-cc/command/iw.ui.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I did some research on this but, couldn't get this resolved. There's a support KB article about this error at https://support.interwoven.com/kb/kb_show_article2.asp?ArticleID=53974
but, we haven't installed any patches to our server recently.

attach your iwtrace, iwserver and servletd logs to the post..

It looks like you are using Windows, what level ? What webserver (you list apache and port 80)

Post any log information you have, also post your iw.cfg.

Finally, to make certain your webserver is correct, go to

http://your-server:81/

run iwreset -a

Look for other logs in iwhome/local/log/iwui

Anything with a modification time today.

It appears that the install did not work completely, after you installed and rebooted, there should have been a process to build some of the GUI files and scripts.

You certainly should have a call into support.
