ZFS for backing store

I may have asked this already, but I do not remember getting anything interesting back...

Do any solaris folks use ZFS for their backing store? If so...
o how large is your backing store
o how long do snapshots take
o any issues

edit: it appears searches must be more than 3 chars. If there are older threads on ZFS, I would appreciate a pointer.
