Text Layer Adder Transformer does not supports multiple line of texts - error ??

Hello all

I created an Insertion Task using Text Layer Adder Transformer to replace

some text. But it end up with some errors ,

I created a single layer PSD file which contains multiple lines of text

And I was using a Insertion task to replace the following txt

Say (New Text)

For general Interwoven contacts:
Please visit Interwoven Contact Page on WWW

Replace with (Target Text)

For DevNet specific questions and feedback:
Send email to

devnet-team@interwoven.com

It show the error msg: ****.psd could not be added : Error returned from Altercast.

But I tried to replace the single text
Say (New Text)

Replace with (Target Text)

It is working , and it created the jpeg asset which shows the text change

I want to know the Text Layer Adder Transformer only supports one line of txt ???

Or Any other way to resolve the issue…

Yes, we recently confirmed this while producing a task for in-house use. Based on a limitation in Adobe Graphics Server, I am afraid that we can only replace a single line of text. If the use case calls for multiple lines you may be able to get the effect desired by using two Text Layer Adders with staggered lines.
