1. Are you able to Save the DCR & Generate a Page?2. What file are you trying to preview ? i.e html,asp or jsp .3. Do you have the required settings in the iw.cfg also provide details of the OS+Teamsite And Web/App. Server details .
Ya we created DCTs. ya we saved DCr but when tried to privew some problem is encountered.please check the attached document We r trying to privew HTML files.We aring using windows
Did you configure a "customer web server" running on the TS server?Is it running?Is it running on the configured port?
No we didnt configure i think by default it will be configured
How to know whether its running or not ??
It's a 3rd-party tool for which the customer is responsible for installing. The TS installation script will attempt to adjust the port if it's a known product. Look at your iw.cfg to find out how it is configured, then look at the processes on the server and check the ports being used to see if it is actually there.You might also spend some time [re-]reading the manuals - since it seems clear you don't know about this.

For previews to work your IIS Web Server should be running on port 81 .Kindly involve your IT Admin or Refer the TS Install Guide for fixing this issue. Details are on Pg59 "Configuring Web Servers" section of ts671.install.windows.pdf.Check if IIS is running from Services or IIS Manager .What happens when you point your browser to http://rock:81
