Bullet lists not appearing on "Preview"

It shows on the WWW folder for the published content as unordered lists in the output file which indicate to me that the TPL is generating the right output file, but when I open the DCR and click on "preview" it does not show the bullet symbols just shows the list without it. Thanks in advance

You are making little sense. However from what you said I suspect that you are using relative paths in your TPL (like for images, css, etc). The preview directory (which is defined in templating.cfg) is at a different level than the generated file in your www site.

Without seeing a sample DCR and the actual PT code it's a bit difficult to diagnose the problem.

Does the problem exist on multiple client machines?
What browser are you using on the client machine(s)?
Are you using CSS?
etc.

The PT code just displays what appears in the field in my case

What type of files are being generated?

Does the HTML looks the same for preview/internal as it does on www ?

Are you referencing css ? You could have different versions in TS than you have in production.

the version of TeamSite is 6.7.1 and it is generating JSP content in the WWW folder and html in preview

thanks for the info it was actually a CSS problem at the front-end.
