Ui custormization

hi
i have change the /iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/etc/conf/customer/ui_custom.xml
file in TS 6.7.1 [ SunOS ]
and run the
/iw-home/bin/make_toolkit.ipl from
but it doesnt change
this is the change that i made

and i run the /iw-home/bin/make_toolkit.ipl from from
/iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/ directory but the link doesnt appear can anyone help 2 resolve my problem

Hi There,

There are few steps that you missed in the UI_CUSTOM.xml

You missed 'menu and operationID'

Here is the sample...

operationID="com.corp.custom.menu.Mylink.op" label="Mylink" description="Description" url="http://www.interwoven.com"windowFeatures="width=640,height=570,scrollbars=yes,menubar=yes,titlebar=no,resizable=yes,status=yes,center=true,dependent=false" target="_blank"/>

Also you might have to add the following line in your roles.xml for a specific role.



After this run your maketoolkit.ipl
