Microsoft Word used for Templating
dawal
I've been assigned the task of investigating the use of Microsoft Word Documents for templating. Is such a thing possible using TeamSite or does this have to do with the ability to paste into a DCR from text copied from a Microsoft Word document?

for Front Office. I haven't worked with it and don't know anything about it, but it looks to be what you're looking for. Otherwise, yes, it's a matter of cutting and pasting from Word to DCR. Hope that helps...

Another option would to use VisualFormat as the textarea in your DCT. If you have to option of using this editor be sure to check out this
thread
.
It will help you deal with the content that is pasted from Word.

Hi,
Beware of using FrontOffice since it will be discontinued in the future.

Really?
Front Office is being discontinued? Who's your source?
I'm sitting here with 250 user licenses for Front Office that we can't use for a variety of reasons, and if IW is phasing it out, that's one more feather in my hat when I go asking for a refund.
