accessing attributes of an item via FormAPI

Hi,
I am trying to access the attribute value of an item in a DCR.
Here's my DCR section that defines the container and its attributes.

Child Menu Item

Label



URL




Item ID



[/html]

The out put of this comes out as follows in the DCR:
[html][/html]

The ID, caption and url are attributes of the container entry rather than sub items. Within my FormAPI script, how do I access these attributes?
