How to set the Special character value in option item in DCT

Will anybody tell me how to add the "Special Character" value's and lable's in option item on change event of the another option button.
I wanted to change the MONTH list of option item accoding to the Language selected in another option button.

Special characters Like- Aôut , Französisch , MÄRZ etc.

Here i am attaching me DCT code file.

Alright, attached is not the most elegant solution, but it should be flexible enough for you to add other languages.

Note: I added an additional select item called MonthSP that contains the SP months. This is used to pre-populate the fields and is the only way I could think of for allowing you to add additional languages.
