Getting problem when using FormAPI in Teamlate

Hi All,

I getting a problem while trying to eanble or disable the container's items on radio option's "onChangeItem" event. Please review the following code:-

Actually i have a two radio buttons and three items in the same container. now wht i want is, i want to the first two items shoud be enable/display and third item should be disable on when i clicked on first radio button and this should be applicalbe on vice-versa. Attached is the code for templating.

First get options of promoType(radio).
then get its value. (See formapi pdf).
