Error uploading file via launchpad

I'm trying to upload a file via the launchpad that I downloaded via the launchpad. I'm able to download files fine but when I try to upload files via the launchpad I get the following error.

Error uploading file C:\iwtemp\teamsite_server\file_location_on_location_pc to TeamSite Server:
Error internal Server Error connecting to 'http://teamsite_server/iw-cc/launchpad/upload'

Has any one run across this and/or have any ideas?

Please porivde details of your TeamSite server, environment and JRE version...

We are running TeamSite on a Windows box

Version: Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1.0
Build Number: 60750

And I'm getting this same error with JRE 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6. I've tried all three versions of JRE.

Is this specific to a user or across users? Just trying to see if some access permissions are messed up...

EDIT - if its just you, try another machine and post the results...

I've tried on 4 different machines with 2 different TeamSite users all with the same error.

Was a solution found for this problem? I'm currently suffering the same error.

Sometimes the settings between c:\IWTEMP folder and IW server got corrupted. My suggestion is to delete the IWTEMP folder permanently and then download/upload the file again.

Be sure while deleting the IWTEMP folder, you should not open the Launchpad / Local File Manager.

Are you using MJVM oe Sun JVM in your local m/c?

Hi ..,

Still you have the same problem. Some time back we also have the same problem.
The problem may be du eto any of the following:

1. JRE Version on your m/c
2. Permissions on the WA (may be specfic to foder that you are trying to upload).
3.C:\IWTEMP may have lost it's connection or link to IW-Server. (Try to poing the IWTEM to another loaction say

\IWTEMP and download the same file and upoad it aging).
