rollover images option

I've got a situation where a rollover button image that links is optional. In addition the end user would be able to change the url. How would I program something like that in a dct?

What I understand is that in your template you need an item for browse tag to select the image address and a browse tag for the address of content to be linked.

If this is correct, then you could have a item for image address and another for the link. And these could be with browse tag so that you enable users to select the address rather then type it. In addition you could leave the items as optional.
