How to find out deployed files / folders?

In last month for one of our applications we noticed a great increase in the size of our receiver folders. There are hundred of subfolders so we are not able to decide which subfolder actually got this increase.

Is there anyway to find out which files / folders got deployed on a particular date?

Is there anyway to find out which files / folders got deployed on a particular date?

log files will tell you when certain files / folders were deployed
iwrlog on specific files might help pin down which version of the file was deployed on a certain date.
If you have OD EventReporting configured and enabled - then you can also look through the OD Admin GUI Report DB

Other than that - the only thing that would tell you would be your own custom code - which may or may not exist to do so.
