iwserver stop and Y: drive no space to use

Dear All
I have some question about iwserver service.
After start server TS every thing is ok. And Check all services is Ok. After that sometime when user lonig to TS server it show error msg "error to establish connect with error". So I'm check service found "iwserver is Stop" and Y: Drive is show but no space to use it. So restart all service TS again or some time shutdown and restart server.

Question
1. why "iwserver" service is stop ? what happen ?
2. why "Y: drive" is show but no space to use ? because iwserver service stop Y/N ?

Hi,
what TS version do you have?
What OS are you using?

Did you check some logfiles, especially iwserver.log and iwtrace.log in /local/logs/...?
Did your check your harddisks, if there is enough free space?
Also check if your stores are frozen using "iwstat" command.

My TS version is 6.5 and OS is windows 2003 ent

TeamSite/local/logs/iwserver.log and TeamSite/local/logs/iiwtrace.log.

2. why "Y: drive" is show but no space to use ? because iwserver service stop Y/N ?

Well if iwserver is not running, the Y: drive will be useless. Or as I like to say, very Zevin-like.
