Our Teamsite server GUI gets down frequently

Hi,

We are running TeamSite 6.5 Development server in a solaris 5.8 environment. The TS User interface gets down frequently for about 5 times(average) while we do development activity, but we can work on telenet/putty on the server. We do multiple times the Openapi restart, iwserver restart & iwreset -a to bring it back.

If any body could give inputs to fix this, that will be great.

Have you looked into any error mesages in the /local/logs/ui servelet_out.log and other files. You can try ps to figure out what process actually goes down and then look for its logs specifically. Are you by any chance using the flatFile for eventSubsystem?
