Hello Everyone,

I am working on Teamsite 6.1 sp2.

It seems iwproxy has corrupted as generated pages(eg: html) are not opening up through Teamsite but they are getting updated on web server.

Please guide how to fix this.

Have you tried running CLT iwproxy.exe , that would give you some insite

Hi Retesh,
the iwproxy rules are stored in the iw.cfg.
Check if this file was edited or if there is anything strange in it.

After that you can start the iwproxy in debug mode (as Sailesh said before) with "iwproxy -d" in a command line. Don't forget to stop all running instances before.
Try to find out, which rule causes the problems...

Thanks for the reply Sailesh. I have executed iwproxy.

Customer web server is running at port 81
iwwebd is running at port 80

This does not help much. Please suggest some thing else.

Hi stefanmaier,

I have checked iw.cfg but could not figure out something strange

Ok, additionally you can try to open a generated page directly from your TS webserver:
Do the url translations steps from the iwproxy manually and try to request the page in a webbrowser, to check if your preview webserver is working correctly.

Also please provide your iwproxy rules and some more information with which page you have the problem.
Additionally please give some more information about your environment: do you use a customer webserver for previewing?

I have tried it yesterday. The web pages are working fine on TS webserver but they are not working on preview web server.

Yes we are using customer webserver for previewing.

I think iwproxy is not running on port 1080

So I would suggest that you configure your preview webserver,
that the pages are working and provided correctly, if you request the preview webserver directly with a webbrowser.

If you've done this, next step is to repair your iwproxy.

To check if something is listening in port 1080, do an "netstat -a".
There should be a output like

Proto Local Address ...
...
TCP your-ts-server:1080 ...
...
