Master Pages?

Sometime back I asked how all of you who lived in a then new .net environment dealt with Teamsite and master pages playing nice. Specifically I've seen a challenge in making them preview in Teamsite correctly. Now that the .Net world has matured how are all of you dealing with master pages and getting them to preview in Teamsite?

I posted a KB talking about using aspx ans ascx pages within templating. There are some specific issues with preview (and the zz_ files). Check the tech lib and look at the most recent ones.

I am not certain about master pages, that may be the same thing.
