error while using Teamsite 6.7.1 OOTB author submit workflow in email task

Hi,
TS 6.7.1 patch 3
OS RedHat Linux ES4

This is strange but I am getting following error during the email task in the OOTB workflow for author submit.The workflow gets stuck here and no emails are being sent.

Exception in /app/iw-home/local/config/wft/solutions/iw_solution_email.ipl:
Poorly formed XML:
ERROR
Could not process template: /app/iw-home/local/config/wft/solutions/ccmail_header.tpl
/ERROR
Try debugging like this: iwpt_compile ... -ocode ****.ipl; ****.ipl

XML parse error :
junk after document element at line 8, column 0, byte 107 at /app/iw-home/iw-perl/vendor/lib/XML/Parser.pm line 187

What kind of hint are you looking for ?
There's apparently a problem with the PT (or the data that it is processing) and there's a recommendation in the above output to try using the -ocode flag for iwpt_compile.ipl to debug attempt to debug the situation.

Without seeing the PT code and/or its processing of the job information which is getting dumped (I believe there's a line you can change in iw_solution_mail.ipl to enable debugging code to be dumped and preserved) - it's kind of difficult for any of us to tell you what your problem is.
