Unable to access teamsite system

I have added the user in a particular group where that user gets mail to reveiw a job but that user is unable to access teamsite system when that user receives a review mail.

Is their any other group list where i need to add that user?

I am using 6.0 teamsite version.

Do you mean to say that user is not able to login to the TeamSite server?

Is user added to any of role file?

What is the error message shown in the TS login screen?

What is the status of user currently? I mean whether he is author or editor or administrator or master?
