Hi,

Just in case anyone else stumbles across this, I thought I'd share (and I didn't see any posts about this in devnet to-date).

If you copy the ccmail_htmlbody.tpl in the $iwhome/local/config/wft/solutions directory, there's a section of presentation code that references an image named "/iw-cc/teamsite/images/file_images/img_hole.gif"

That file doesn't exist . . .it's actually called img_hole_file.gif.
