How to cancel an active job in FlipFactory?

We need to cancel a job that hangs on FlipFactory. How can we do this?

We do not provide a hook within Mediabin, but while FlipFactory jobs are running you are able to see them via TeleStream's web client. I am not familiar with their mechanism for canceling jobs but can say that after a time-out the MediaBin job will fail and clean up everything it needs to after the job has been canceled.
