Migration Approach from Solaris to Linux

Current Environment: Solaris SPARC/ 32 bit
Current Documentum version: 6.7 SP2

To-Be Environment: Linux RHEL 7.5/ 64 bit
To-Be Documentum version: 16.4

Queries:

Content files (PDF, DOC, EXCEL, etc.) stored in file storage of Solaris box, will those be retrieved and read without any challenge on Linux box after migration? Or do we require any special treatment?
Can 32 bit 6.7 sp2 Content Server be installed on 64 bit Linux server?
Library/ Binary files those were stored in Solaris box during DCTM installation, will those work as-is on Linux box if we do a fresh installation of DCTM or we need to update those file?

Why do want to keep the content files on the Solaris box? Move them to the new system or copy them on a SAN/NAS. Accessing the files via NFS should work but you need to access them using the same Unix/Linux account. But why bother? Just move them.
Check the release notes of 6.7 SP2.
Which library/binary files are you talking about? If you talk about Documentum binaries, you will get the Linux binaries when you install on Linux. No issue here unless you have made customizations (e.g. dm_check_password or custom methods calling a Solaris binary).

I mean, if i will move content on new system then is there any impact because we will use new Linux account and storage.... so is there any chances to currpt (missing ) the data while moving through Solaris to Linux ?

If you don't know what you're doing, there's always the chance to do something wrong ... It's not rocket science though. Just make sure the file permissions are the same (i.e. dmadmin account should be the only account with access.

hi, yes, you can follow copy repository procedure which is documented on installation .
1) install CS 16.4 binary on LInux 7.5
2) create dump repository with same docbase owner, same docbase id, same installation owner and same folder path as solaris
3) drop off dummy database, and copy database from old database to new database
4) copy file system from old environment to new environment
5) upgrade repository from 6.7 to 16.4
6) if you have some issue to upgrade, you can raise ticket with opentext.
