The object of task is passed internally to the mail template.

using task object and GetId() function u can get the task id & then jobId

See WFTask.pm,WFWorkflow.pm which have the functions

If you're using the interwoven-provided ccmail_header.tpl (or something similar) where you invoke the iw_solution_email.ipl to compile a workflow XML with email TPLs, try something like this:


my $jobid = iwpt_dcr_value('dcr.workflowinformation.workflow@id');
