Tag file template

I would like to know where is the template for the tag file is, when I select a file to preview and then select the tag menu the page for tagging is displayed, is it possible to modified that page?

If so where is it located?

iwhome/local/config/datacapture.cfg And iwhome/local/config/metadata-rules.cfg.
