Server Side Includes are not working....

Hi
i am trying to include footer and header(tpl file) for preview function.these files are in "common" branch.I have already made changes([iwproxy_preconnect_remap] _regex )in iw.cfg according to requirement.
I am still unable to include footer and header file.

#include virtual="/includes/common/footer.inc"

Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations?

So you've set up your iwproxy plugin map to look something like this? (Don't forget the cases when you preview a page in the STAGING or Edition area of your branches . . . I've left that regex out for simplicity's sake).

[iwproxy_plugin_remap]
_debug=false
_regex=myRootBranch/.*/WORKAREA/([^/]+)/include/(.*)=/iw-mount/default/main/corporate/share/STAGING/content/include/$2

Try turning the _debug=true on and tailing the logs to see what the re-writes are doing.

Firstly, here is the correct SSI Syntax:

It is deliberately shaped as a comment.

Secondly, do not bother with the Proxy. Iwproxy does not parse Server Side Includes. Web server plugin is required
to provide this functionality. You may want to contact Support, I *believe* there is one for Apache, not sure about IIS

You need the correct syntax, [iwproxy_plugin_remap] AND the ISAPI filter (for IIS it's iw-home\lib\iwproxy_isapi.dll). See 'Enabling Server-Side Include Requests' in the TS install guide (p 61 in the one for Win/6.7.1).
