Filesite option not appearing

I have installed Filesite and configured with Outlook. But the Filesite option is not appearing in the menu as well as the icon is not available. I have also reinstalled twice but the same problem exists. Can anyone help me in this

Hi,
Did you use "addiman.exe" to add Filesite to Outlook's default MAPI profile?
Has Outlook disaled any of the interwoven addins?
