Regenerate page issue

Here's a good one, and please be gentle my TeamSite Admin skills are minimal. If a RTFM is required please supply a reference and page number.

We have a form that successfully saves/edits the DCR, but once the page is created and a regenerate is called only one user can successfully regenerate the page.

I've already checked permissions, and everyone and my mother has access to the appropriate resources. The only thing I could find are messages sent to the servletd_out.log, and they are as follows.

We are running TS 6.7.1 on a Windows 2003 Server. If there are any other config files you would need, please let me know.

Post a snapshot of the permission of the generated file before and after the file is created. Also, is there a lock on the generated file ? That are the permissions after the submit is done ?

We found the issue. Apparently there was a custom include on this tpl without my knowledge.

We've corrected the issue, thanks for reviewing it.
